Uploaded Photos

Photos uploaded to TiltShiftMaker are held temporarily for the purpose of producing the tilt-shift effect on the image.

Although these photos are stored in a private location, we cannot guarantee security against unauthorised access. Users upload photos at their own risk - TiltShiftMaker does not assume liability for any loss or damages incurred either directly or indirectly as a result of using the site.

All photos are automatically deleted within 72 hours of being uploaded - please do not link directly to the generated images as they are not available after deletion. (We recommend that photos are uploaded to an image hosting service such as Flickr, Imgur, or PhotoBucket).

Any uploaded or processed photos remain the property of the original copyright holder. TiltShiftMaker is a photo processing service and is not responsible for establishing the copyright of uploaded images - please respect copyright laws when publishing your miniature pictures either online or offline.

Featured photos, gallery photos, and other user and 3rd party content displayed on the site remain the property of the original copyright holder. All other aspects of site design and code are © 2024 TiltShiftMaker.com

In the case of Creative Commons licensed content, the content may be re-used according to the terms of the specific Creative Commons license, which is linked to from the icon displayed with the image.

User Data / Personal Information

Collective user statistics are gathered using services from Google Analytics. This helps us establish the popularity of the site, and see how people have found out about it. Statistical data is grouped together so that no information about individual users is available.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Personal data held for registered users is limited to username, email address, country/network address and encrypted password. We never see any details of your PayPal account or credit cards - these are handled entirely by PayPal.
